Jonathan Egeland

Jonathan Egeland is an Associate Professor in the Department of Religion, Philosophy and History at the University of Agder. He holds a PhD in philosophy from Stockholm University and is pursuing a second PhD in psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

His research examines evolutionary theory applications across biology, psychology, and philosophy, with additional expertise in epistemology, philosophy of science, and Nietzsche's philosophy. Egeland has published on epistemic internalism, debunking arguments, intelligence theories, and Nietzsche interpretation.
