Jonathan B. Justice is a Professor at the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration, University of Delaware. He teaches courses in public policy, public administration, public budgeting/finance, and local economic development. His research focuses on public budgeting, finance, and professional accountability. He holds a PhD in Public Administration from Rutgers University (2003), an MPA from Bernard M.
