Jon Sueda

Jon Sueda is Professor and Chair of the Graduate Design Program at California College of the Arts. Originally from Hawaii, he holds an MFA in Graphic Design from CalArts and founded the design studio Stripe. His work includes curating exhibitions at the CCA Wattis Institute and internationally, with research focusing on graphic design, exhibition design, and contemporary art practices.

Research interests span graphic design methodologies, cultural production through design, and interdisciplinary approaches to visual communication. Current projects explore the intersection of design practice and curatorial experimentation.
