Jon Serra is an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at West Liberty University. He holds a BS in Chemistry from California University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in Chemistry from The Pennsylvania State University. His office is located in Main Hall MB56 and he can be contacted at (304) 336-8539.
