Jon Horvath

Jon Horvath is an Associate Professor at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD), where he has taught photography since 2009. His creative practice merges photography, performance, and new media, exploring themes of mapping, travel, surveillance, and ritual through a lens of subtle humor. Horvath earned an MFA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has exhibited nationally at institutions including The Print Center (Philadelphia) and The Detroit Center for Contemporary Photography.
