John W. August III

John W. August III is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Philosophy at Grand Valley State University. He is affiliated with the American Institute for Philosophical and Cultural Thought and previously served as a project manager for the New American Baccalaureate.

His research focuses on temporality and its role in lived experience, particularly how intensity and value manifest phenomenologically.
