John Thanassoulis

John Thanassoulis is a Professor of Financial Economics at Warwick Business School (WBS), part of the University of Warwick. He serves as the Associate Dean for the Bank of England Partnership and is a CEPR Research Fellow. He is also a Panel Member for the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), having contributed to high-profile merger analyses including NPower/SSE, Sainsbury's/Asda, and Microsoft/Activision Blizzard King. Previously, he held roles as Associate Dean for Executive Education at WBS and Associate Professor at the University of Oxford's Department of Economics.
