John Tejada

John Tejada is a Vienna-born, Los Angeles-based electronic music composer, DJ, and professor at California Institute of the Arts (CalArts). With a career spanning nearly three decades, he has released five albums on Kompakt, collaborated with labels like Pokerflat and Cocoon, and founded his own label, Palette Recordings, in 1996. His work spans solo projects, remixes for acts such as The Postal Service and Orbital, and collaborations including the duo Wajatta with Reggie Watts and the project Optometry with March Adstrum.
