Dr. John Rae is an Associate Professor at the School of Psychology, University of Roehampton, and a member of the Centre for Research in Psychological Wellbeing. His research focuses on language, interaction, and communication in social contexts, particularly involving individuals with autism spectrum disorders or aphasia. He has led projects funded by the ESRC (£47,165) and EPSRC (£84,254), exploring tele-mediated interaction and interactional competencies in children with autism. Dr. Rae has supervised 17 postgraduate students and actively participates in academic committees and conferences.
