Dr. John R. Karaagac is a Senior Lecturer and Director of the Certificate of Applied Research and Inquiry at the Paul H. O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. With over a decade of service at IU, he teaches courses in Comparative Public Management and Administration, National & International Policy, National Security, and Traditions of Inquiry: International Relations Theory and Policy Choices. During summers, he also serves as a Professorial Lecturer in American Foreign Policy at Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies.
