John M. Owen IV is a Professor of Politics at the University of Virginia's College of Arts & Sciences, holding the Ambassador Henry J. and Mrs. Marion R. Taylor Professorship. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Culture and the Miller Center for Public Affairs.
