John N. Allan, M.D., is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College, Cornell University, and an Associate Attending Physician at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. His clinical expertise spans Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), Lymphoma, and Immunotherapy, with a focus on Richter’s Syndrome and novel targeted therapies.

Dr. Allan’s research investigates genomic and metabolic drivers of CLL and Richter’s Syndrome, including the role of mutations (e.g., NOTCH1, BTK), drug resistance mechanisms, and bispecific antibodies. His 15 most recent publications (2025–2022) cover real-world treatment outcomes, novel therapeutic combinations (ibrutinib, venetoclax), and molecular profiling of lymphoid malignancies.
