John Murphy

Dr John Murphy is a Researcher at the School of Biological and Behavioural Sciences, Queen Mary University of London, where he is a member of the River Communities Group based at the River Laboratory in Wareham, Dorset. His work focuses on freshwater ecosystem analysis and biological community responses to environmental stressors.

His primary research interests encompass freshwater ecology, invertebrate ecology, bioassessment methodologies, applied ecology, pollution impacts, and biodiversity conservation.
