John Mischler

John Mischler is an Assistant Professor of Sustainability and Environmental Education and Director of ASI Education at Goshen College. His research integrates ecological processes with educational methodologies, emphasizing sustainability and environmental systems. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Colorado Boulder (2014).

Research interests include disease ecology, ecosystem biogeochemistry, and the impacts of human activities on natural systems. His work spans aquatic ecosystems, parasitology, and paleoenvironmental reconstruction, often employing remote sensing and isotopic analyses.
