John McLaughlin

John McLaughlin is Professor of Gastroenterology and Nutrition at the University of Manchester and honorary Consultant Gastroenterologist at Salford Royal Hospital. His research investigates gastrointestinal physiology in health and disease, focusing on nutrient sensing, gut inflammation, and gut-brain interactions.
