Professor Mahon specializes in complex securities regulations and corporate transactions, with deep expertise in the Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and Investment Company Act of 1940. His practice focuses on advising clients regarding public/private fund structures, business development companies, tender offers, proxy solicitations, and beneficial ownership reporting compliance.
