John Lee

John H. Lee, OD, FAAO is an Assistant Professor at the Southern California College of Optometry, Marshall B. Ketchum University. He serves as Assistant Chief of the Jarnigan Primary Care Service and Coordinator of the Optometry Service at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). Dr. Lee teaches clinical education, primary care optometry, and ocular health assessment to optometry students, including in international programs at Tokyo Optometric College.

• Education: BA in Molecular Cell Biology (Immunology) from University of California, Berkeley; OD from State University of New York (SUNY); Residency in Vision Enhancement and Rehabilitation at SUNY.

His research and writing focus on clinical education, geriatrics, binocular vision, and patient care. Dr. Lee is actively involved in clinical practice and teaching, emphasizing community engagement and patient-family relationships.

Dr. Lee balances his academic and clinical work with family time, often visiting Disney parks. He was born and raised in San Francisco but now enjoys Southern California's sunshine.
