John Grogan is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, where he contributes his extensive legal expertise in public interest and constitutional advocacy. He is also a founding partner of Langer, Grogan & Diver P.C., focusing on antitrust, consumer rights, and constitutional litigation.

John Grogan has served as counsel in major class-action lawsuits, including Faloney v. Wachovia Bank, which secured over $150 million for victims of telemarketing fraud, and Commonwealth v. Think Finance, challenging predatory payday lending. He frequently collaborates with the ACLU of Pennsylvania on civil rights litigation and advises nonprofit organizations on immigrant rights issues. He began his legal career clerking for Associate Justice Alan B. Handler of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
He co-founded the Camden Center for Law and Social Justice, Inc. with support from his Echoing Green Fellowship, demonstrating a sustained commitment to legal advocacy for underserved communities.
