Johannes Heinrich

Johannes Heinrich is a Professor at the University of Klagenfurt, holding academic roles within the Faculty of Economics and Law and the Institute of Law. His current positions include Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Law, Deputy Head of the Institute of Law, Deputy Chairman of the Faculty Conference, Member of the Curricular Commission for Economics, and Chairman of the Doctoral Advisory Board Dr. iur.

His research focuses on taxation, particularly in public limited companies, non-profit organizations, tax justice, corporate taxation, and Value Added Tax (VAT). He contributes to legal education and governance through roles such as overseeing doctoral programs and curricular development.

He is affiliated with the University of Klagenfurt’s Main Building (South Wing West, Level 1, Room p.1.07). Consultation hours are by appointment.
