معرفی
Johan van de Leur is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Science, Utrecht University, affiliated with the Mathematical Institute. His research focuses on mathematical physics and integrable systems, particularly Tau Functions, KP Hierarchy, and Frobenius Manifolds.
- Primary email: j.w.vandeleur@uu.nl
Research Interests: Van de Leur's work explores polynomial tau-functions, Hirota equations, and connections to Lie algebras and Weyl groups. His studies include reductions of multicomponent KP hierarchies and their applications to algebraic geometry and number theory.
Recent Publications (2022–2024) analyze polynomial structures in integrable systems, with a focus on Sawada–Kotera equations, hypermaps, and generalized Giambelli formulas. These contributions span journals like Mathematics, Communications in Number Theory and Physics, and Journal of Mathematical Physics.
Academic Activities: He has organized and participated in conferences/conferences on Frobenius manifolds (2002) and 2D Toda chains (2008), and served as invited speaker at events including the International Workshop on Group Analysis of Differential Equations (2008) and NEEDS Conference (2002).
