Dr Joel Lisk is a Lecturer in Space Law at Flinders University, affiliated with the College of Business, Government and Law and the Jeff Bleich Centre for Democracy and Disruptive Technologies. He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Adelaide and is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia.
