Joel B. Harley is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Florida and holds the Kent and Linda Fuchs Faculty Fellowship. His research focuses on signal processing, data science, acoustics, and structural health monitoring. He has authored numerous high-impact publications and received notable awards such as the AFOSR Young Investigator Award (2017) and the University of Utah Teaching Award (2016).
