Jochen Stahl, a Dr.-Ing. and licensed civil engineer, is a Visiting Professor at the Institute of Building Structures and Structural Design (ITKE) within the Faculty of Architecture. He is associated with the Cluster of Excellence IntCDC and has directed Fast + Epp’s design work in Europe since 2010.

Stahl’s career spans industry and academia. After working at Fast + Epp’s Vancouver office (2002–2006), he earned a doctorate in engineering while teaching at TU Darmstadt. He now leads the Darmstadt office, advancing the firm’s technical expertise and international presence.
