Jochen Horstmann

Jochen Horstmann is a leading academic in ocean remote sensing and coastal dynamics, currently serving as Head of the Department of Radar Hydrography at the Institute of Coastal Research, Helmholtz-Zentrum Hereon, Germany. He holds an Adjunct Professor position at the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science, University of Miami, USA, since 2007.
