Jochen Eberhard

Dr. Jochen Eberhard is a Research Scientist/Engineer affiliated with the Centre for Agricultural Engineering at the University of Southern Queensland (Toowoomba Campus). His work focuses on innovative agricultural technologies and sustainable farming systems.

His research interests include intelligent irrigation and sustainable farm systems, aligning with advancements in precision agriculture and environmental engineering. He holds qualifications as a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl-Ing agr) from the University of Hohenheim and a Doctor of Agriculture (DrAgr) from Technische Universität München (TUMunich). Dr. Eberhard is also an accredited translator in German.
