Joao Ritto is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Toronto. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania (2024), an M.Sc. (2015), and a B.Sc. (2013) from the Nova School of Business and Economics. His research focuses on Macroeconomics, with a particular emphasis on theoretical and applied aspects of the field.
