Joanne Faloon is a Lecturer in Marketing & Communication at Ulster University's School of Communication and Media, based across the Belfast and Jordanstown campuses. A Chartered Marketer with over 20 years of industry experience, she holds an MBA from Queen's University Belfast and a Certificate in Teaching. She maintains active industry connections through consultancy work and serves as a CIM Tutor for the Belfast Academy of Marketing.
Research Focus: Her expertise spans global marketing strategy, digital marketing transformations, export market development, and organizational communication frameworks. She integrates practical industry insights from senior roles at C&C Group, Linwoods Health Foods, and CDE Global Engineering into academic contexts.
