Joanna Mnich

Joanna Mnich is a researcher at the Institute of Marketing and Sustainable Development within the Faculty of Organization and Management at Lodz University of Technology. She serves on the University Education Quality Committee and Management and Production Engineering Study Programme Council.

External roles include membership in the Committee for the Protection of Impartiality TUV NORD POLSKA and the Technical Committee for Management Systems of the Polish Committee for Standardization. She conducts professional training in management systems according to ISO standards (9001, 22000, IFS, BRC) and laboratory accreditation.

Research interests focus on implementation, auditing and certification of management systems with particular emphasis on quality management, food safety, and process optimization in organizational contexts.
