Dr. Joanna Fryca is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics and Operation of Transport Enterprises, Faculty of Economics, University of Gdańsk. She has been a faculty member since 2004 and is actively engaged in research and teaching in organizational behavior, labor economics, and transport management.
