Joann Stock

Joann Stock is a Professor of Geology and Geophysics at the California Institute of Technology. Her research focuses on global tectonics, deformation zones, and planetary geology, particularly comparing Earth and Venus. She has held faculty positions at Caltech since 1990, including roles as Visiting Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and full Professor since 1998.
