Joan Francesc Oliver García

Joan Francesc Oliver García is an Associate Professor at the Department of Public Law, University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), where he has taught since 2001. He holds a Law degree from UIB and a Master's in Occupational Health, specializing in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Applied Psychosocial Sciences. In addition to his academic role, he serves as the technical director of an external prevention service and has been an occupational risk prevention technician since 2000.

• 2025-26: Derecho, Desarrollo y Bienestar Social (Social Work Degree), Derecho de la Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (Labor Relations Degree), and Fundamentos y Técnicas en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention).
• 2024-25: Taught similar subjects across Social Work, Labor Relations, and Occupational Health programs.
