Joachim Suerbaum

Prof. Dr. Joachim Suerbaum holds the Chair of Public Law, especially Administrative Law, at the Faculty of Law, University of Würzburg. His research focuses on constitutional law, municipal law, and administrative law frameworks.

He coordinates the Current Issues in Constitutional and Municipal Law seminar under Focus Area 12 'State and Administration' for the winter semester 2025/26, with a preliminary meeting on July 16, 2025, in Lecture Hall II at the Old University.
