Jiwon Jung

Jiwon Jung is an Assistant Professor at TU Delft's Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering and holds a parallel role as Assistant Professor in Surgery at Erasmus MC. Her research focuses on advancing data-driven design methodologies for digital health, particularly leveraging machine learning to analyze large-scale patient experiences. She developed the Patient Community Journey Mapping tool to transform healthcare design through community-level data insights.
