Jinny E. Han

Jinny E. Han is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies at Michigan State University. Her work focuses on youth and family development, emphasizing equity in education and program evaluation.

Dr. Han’s research explores student success, ethnic-racial socialization, and positive youth development, with a focus on mentoring programs and psychosocial interventions. She has contributed to multi-year studies like the Michigan psychosocial rehabilitation Clubhouse programs and peer mentoring initiatives.
