Jingwei Li is a researcher at the Institute of Neurosciences and Medicine (INM), specifically within the Brain and Behaviour (INM-7) department at Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH (Jülich Research Centre). He joined INM-7 in 2020 as a postdoctoral researcher after completing his academic training.

Jingwei Li's research focuses on the intersection of machine learning and neuroimaging. He works on developing and refining machine learning models to predict human behavioral phenotypes from neuroimaging data, with particular emphasis on addressing unfairness issues in machine learning models. This work spans computer science, neuroscience, and biomedical engineering, aiming to enhance the ethical and reliable application of AI in behavioral research.
His current role involves conducting advanced research projects, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to scientific advancements through publications and presentations.
