Jin H. Yoon

Jin H. Yoon, PhD is an Associate Professor in the Louis A. Faillace, MD, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He is an active addiction researcher affiliated with the Center of Neurobehavioral Research on Addiction (CNRA), focusing primarily on nicotine dependence and substance use disorders.

Dr. Yoon's research spans multiple domains within addiction science. His primary interest is on nicotine dependence, particularly among individuals with schizophrenia. He is currently the primary investigator in a clinical trial studying nicotine dependence in this population and potential nicotine-replacement therapy approaches.
