Jim Samuel is an Associate Professor of Practice and Executive Director of the Master of Public Informatics program at the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University. He holds a Ph.D. in Business from Baruch College (CUNY), an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and an M.Arch from Sir J.J. College of Architecture. His research bridges artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and public policy, focusing on AI ethics, human-AI interaction, and culturally adaptive frameworks.
