Jim Coates is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Industrial Technology and Management at Illinois Institute of Technology's Armour College of Engineering. He concurrently serves as Training Fund Administrator for the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) Local 399 in Chicago.
