Jill Gavin-Pitt is Deputy Head of the Department of Strategy, Enterprise and Sustainability and Senior Lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University's Faculty of Business and Law. She oversees undergraduate, postgraduate, and apprenticeship programs while teaching Global Strategy and compliance-related courses. Her administrative roles include programme leadership for BSc(Hons) Trading Standards and BA Business Management programmes.
Her research examines commercial law topics including unfair contract terms in the caravan industry and small business enterprise relationships. She maintains professional engagements with the Chartered Trading Standards Institute and serves as External Examiner for the University of Colchester.
