Jie Shen is a Professor and Interim Chair of the Department of Computer and Information Science at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. He holds appointments in the College of Engineering and Computer Science and has received recognition for his research in modeling, simulation, machine learning, robotics, and computational materials science.
