Dr. Jie Guo is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the University of Newcastle’s School of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering), affiliated with the Center for Bulk Solids and Particulate Technologies. She completed her PhD in 2014 under Emeritus Profess Alan Roberts and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering from Central South University (2009).

Recent work includes studying vacuum dewatering for iron ores and cenosphere separation from fly ash.
