Professor Jianjun Guan is a faculty member in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis, where he has been since August 2018. Previously, he held professorial ranks at The Ohio State University (2007–2018) and was a research assistant professor at the McGowan Institute for Regenerative Medicine (University of Pittsburgh).
