معرفی
Jian Li is a Professor in the Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, Arizona State University. His research focuses on the design and synthesis of advanced materials for organic semiconductor devices, including organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs), organic photovoltaics (OPVs), organic memory, and thin film transistors. He investigates charge-transport mechanisms, energy transfer, and excited-state molecule decay in organic solids.
- Education: Ph.D. in Chemistry (2005), M.S. in Electrical Engineering (2004) from University of Southern California, and B.S. in Chemistry (1997) from Fudan University.
- Research Grants: DOE-EERE, NSF-IIP, LG Chem, DOE-NETL, Universal Display Corporation, NSF-ENG, NSF-MPS, and DOD-ARMY-ARO projects (2004–2017) focused on material development for organic electronics.
- Teaching: Courses include MSE 599 Thesis, MSE 792 Research, MSE 795 Continuing Registration, MSE 489 Capstone Design Project, and specialized topics in materials engineering and polymers/composites.
