Jia Li

Jia Li is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology within the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Copenhagen. Her office is located at Øster Farimagsgade 2A, 1350 København K, and she holds regular office hours on Fridays from 15:00–16:00. Previously, she held academic positions at Maastricht University (Netherlands), University of Göttingen (Germany), and Vlerick Business School (Belgium), and currently serves as a visiting scholar at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

Her research centers on team dynamics, leadership, and human-AI/robot teaming, employing longitudinal methods and dynamic modeling to investigate how teams evolve over time. She has expanded into organizational neuroscience and interdisciplinary studies of institutional logics. Her work bridges psychological theory with practical applications in organizational settings.

Analysis of her recent publications reveals a strong focus on temporal dynamics in team processes, with increasing integration of technology-mediated interactions (particularly human-AI collaboration) since 2022. Her research consistently applies advanced statistical modeling to longitudinal team data, with growing emphasis on cross-cultural contexts and institutional complexity.
