Jia Kai Foo

Jia Kai Foo is a Researcher at the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health within the Australian National University, affiliated with the Centre for Mental Health Research. His work focuses on mental health policies, suicide prevention, adolescent mental health, and help-seeking behaviours, with a particular emphasis on sleep quality in working Australians.
