Jesslyn Collins-Frohlich

Jesslyn Collins-Frohlich is a Senior Instructor of English at the College of Charleston, where she teaches first-year writing and literature courses. Additionally, she serves as Director of the Office of Nationally Competitive Awards, supporting students in pursuing prestigious scholarships.

• Education: Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky

Her research and teaching interests focus on early American women writers, gender in the plays of August Wilson, and service-learning pedagogy within honors education. She has published extensively on these topics, bridging literary analysis with interdisciplinary educational practices.
