Jessica Warner is an Instructor of Music and Coordinator of Community Engagement at Colorado State University's Music Department. She holds a B.M. from University of Michigan and M.M. from University of Texas at Austin, specializing in oboe performance.
Her professional career includes orchestral positions with Roanoke Symphony, Western Piedmont Symphony, and Auckland Philharmonia, alongside solo performances with ensembles like Music for Harmony and 9th Street Philharmonic. Warner's 2011 recording of Dirk-Michael Kirsch's Ganymed marks a significant contribution to oboe repertoire.
As an educator, she has taught at East Tennessee State University, New York Summer Music Festival, and Cannon Music Camp, emphasizing pedagogy across six U.S. states. She founded the nonprofit Music for Harmony in 2017 to support community causes through concerts.
Warner maintains active engagement in music education through outreach programs with Western Piedmont Symphony and maintains interests in gardening and Colorado exploration.
