Jessica Lynch

Jessica Lynch is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, combining academic teaching with a thriving practice in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). She specializes in human resources management and conflict resolution, drawing from her background as former Chief Counsel-Human Resources at Arconic (formerly Alcoa Inc.) and over a decade of private litigation experience.

Her professional affiliations include serving as current President of the Executive Women's Council of Greater Pittsburgh, and board memberships with the Mediation Council of Western Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Council of Mediators, Greater Pittsburgh Business & Professional Women, Junior League of Pittsburgh, League of Women Voters, and the Allegheny County Bar Association Women in the Law Division.
