Dr. Jessica Haines is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Biological Sciences, MacEwan University, specializing in ecology and conservation biology. Her work integrates citizen science with animal behavior research, notably through the Franklin’s Ground Squirrel Project in collaboration with Nature Alberta and the Alberta Biodiversity Monitoring Institute.
