Jessica Francis

Dr. Jessica Francis is Associate Professor and Residency Program Director in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Her clinical expertise encompasses pediatric/adolescent gynecology, minimally invasive surgery, and LGBTQ+ healthcare. She completed fellowship training in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine following residency at MCW.

Research focuses on gynecologic needs of young patients, including innovative surgical approaches for ovarian preservation and molecular analysis of pediatric tumors. Awards recognize excellence in teaching (OB GYN Resident Teacher Award), patient care (Jessica Lin Award), and professional distinction (Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society). She provides specialized care at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and Froedtert Hospital.
